REFUND POLICY

Return and Exchange Policy

Skye Clothes offers refunds or exchanges for defective and/or damaged items with in 30 days of purchase.  If you believe that your item is defective and/or damaged. Please contact us at hello@skyeclothes.com.  We will require a photo of the defective and/or damaged item via email. 

We do not accept returned intimates (bras, panties, lingerie) or accessories items due to hygiene reasons.

  • Promotional items
  • Final Sales items

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your refunded item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original purchaser (gift giver) and they will receive information about your return.

Refund/Exchange Process

To begin a refund or exchange, we will require the proof of purchase for you item(s) and a photo to be email us at hello@skyeclothes.com. DO NOT ship your item(s) until your refund or exchange has been approved. 

We ship product from several warehouses, so please do not send your purchase back to the original shipper.

Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, you will received a confirmation email. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your financial institution.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).  Shipping costs are non-refundable from skyeclothes.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.

Depending on your location, processing and shipping times for your returned or exchanged product, may vary.

If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Skyeclothes is not responsible and does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

Late or Missing Refund Payments

If you haven’t received a refund yet and you have received confirmation that your return was accepted and received, please check with your Bank and Credit Card Company. 

Depending on your financial institution, refund processing time and posting time may vary.
